What are cookies and what are cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a website visited by the user sends to his terminal (computer, mobile device such as smartphone or tablet) where it is stored to be then transferred to that site on the occasion of a subsequent visit to the site. Cookies are distinct from each other:

based on the person who installs them on the user terminal, depending on whether the user is visiting the site manager (c.d. “first-party cookies”) or a different site, which installs cookies through the first site (c.d. “third party cookies”);
according to the purpose of each cookie: some cookies allow the website that has installed them to remember, for example, the preferences expressed by the user during navigation or to make a purchase or authentication to access reserved areas (c.d. “technical cookies”);
other cookies allow the site that has installed them to monitor the navigation of the user also in order to send advertising and/or offer services in line with the preferences manifested by the user during navigation on the net (c.d. “profiling cookies”).
Only profiling cookies require the prior consent of the user to their use.

Technical cookies of first and third parties and profiling cookies and/or other markers of first and third parties are installed through the Sites, as best described in the tables below.

How to show consent to profiling cookies
On the occasion of your first visit to the Sites, you can accept all cookies through the completion of one of the following actions:

By closing the banner, clicking on the X or “OK” in the banner itself
By accessing other site area or by clicking on any page item (image or link) outside the banner
Going through the page

How to deny consent to profiling cookies
On the occasion of the first visit to the Sites, if it does not carry out any of the actions described in the banner but, from the banner, it accesses the extended information, the user can deny the consent to the installation of the cookies by clicking on the appropriate link present in the tables that follow at the bottom of the description of each cookie (called “Opt-Out”).

On the occasion of subsequent visits to the Sites (provided that the user has previously manifested his/her preference regarding the use of cookies, as indicated in paragraphs 1 and 2 preceding), accessing the information extended through the link “cookie policy” present in the footer of each page of the Sites and denying the consent to cookies by clicking on the appropriate link present in the tables that follow in step to the description of each cookie (called “Opt-Out”).

In any case, through the browser settings. The User can: (i) manage cookie preferences directly within your browser, preventing installation; (ii) delete from your browser the cookies already installed, including the cookie in which the consent was saved, possibly provided by the User, to the installation of cookies by the Sites.

You can find information on how to manage cookies through your browser.

For behavioral advertising cookies, the User may also set their preferences through the Your Online Choices website (the system operates with reference to the participating companies using behavioral advertising cookies).

Technical cookies that do not require prior consent of the User
Technical cookies are used to allow the operation of the Sites and/or to provide the User with a service or function that the User has expressly requested. They ensure, therefore, the normal navigation and use of the Sites, allowing, also, to save the preferences expressed by the User and to optimize, thus, its navigation. The Sites use technical cookies both before and third parties. Technical cookies used by the Sites can be divided into the following subcategories:

Cookie “user input”: session cookies used to track the data provided by the user by filling out the appropriate online forms (for example the modules present during the purchase process for the insertion of the shipping or billing address) or, as happens in the case of the shopping cart, to remember the items that the user has selected and placed in the cart, by clicking on the appropriate button;

Authentication cookies: cookies used to identify the user after login and allow him to authenticate and access the content and/or functionality for which this log-in is necessary (e.g. purchase; access to the Personal Area); Other functional cookies: cookies that enable specific features of the Sites and store the choices made by the User regarding the display of the Sites pages;

“Cookie allow”: cookies that document the User's consent to the installation of profiling cookies through the completion of one of the actions described in the banner/informative short; acknowledge the User to the second access to the site so as not to request consent to the installation of cookies; lasted 12 months.
